BLOCK 96 is located on Devadesátá Street within walking distance to the center of Zlín. You can easily get here on foot, by bike, on electric scooters, by trolleybus, by car or even by train. And don't worry, it's not exactly the flattest tarmac, granite cubes are eternal!

Dynamically developing part of the former T. Bata industrial complex. You can reach us from three directions. From hypermarket Čepkov, along Šedesátá Street past the Teplarna plants or from the side of the Albert hypermarket.
